We only interacted with the staff at check in. The gentleman was kind and helpful. There is pretty decent coffee in the morning but no real breakfast - this isn’t that kind of hotel. The room was immaculate and looked newly remodeled. Everything worked. I appreciated the tub with an anti-slip guard adhered to the floor. Have not seen that in other hotels. Will stay there again as we travel through this area. We were only there for one night - checked in around midnight and had to be on the road by 9am.

The biggest issue I experienced was the rudeness at check‑in. The man at the front desk (possibly the owner) couldn’t locate my reservation and asked for my license, phone number, and confirmation number. Even after I provided everything, he remained disrespectful and acted as if I hadn’t booked a room at all. They really should have someone competent and courteous handling guest check‑ins, because this created a terrible first impression.
The property itself was fine. It’s older and could use some updates—starting with the microwave—but the room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the man’s attitude at check‑in was enough for me to decide I won’t stay here again, though it worked for a short visit.
