Nothing fancy. A decent hotel for a fair price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food in lounge was very good.

The place isn’t bad! But it’s not all that good either, mid. The breakfast was bland, basic and cheap! The room wasn’t bad but it was dirty, there was no towels in the bathroom and then they charged me for them when I had used my own! I had to go out and buy some in the middle of the night! Their gym was small and lacking! The machines outdated! The arcade machines were broken and coins were stuck in them, so they only have them there for display! Took my dollar and couldn’t even play. I will say positive wise is the layout of the place you get to park your car near your room! The key cards were cool! The space in the room was adequate enough! The heating and cooling system was strong! That’s about it I wouldn’t stay here again!

My room was right at the pool and the door isn’t noise proof so we had to hear all the noise until the oool closed at 9pm. Leaves me with a lil over 3 hours of sleep because at 1am there were multiple arguments and fights going on in the hallway.

I was staying one night to leave from the airport in the morning. Perfect for that. Super nice breakfast attendant, closetst to the airport possible. Would stay again.

Our stay was great. Your breakfast cook lady was absolutely wonderful and caring. The lights in the bathroom went out. I told the front desk but they were not fixed so the second night I Put the desk lamp in the bathroom.

Kept me up all night. Doors for stairwell slammed constantly and kids running up and down hallways all hours and parents not watching them. This went on for hours until 1:30am and started again by 8am. I actually think the parents had a room down the hallway and let the kids have their own room (all under 10 yrs of age)

Very pleasant stay. Very clean, and quick easy checkin. Got in late but was still able to get some food and a beer at 11pm. Only there for a quick night sleep but was very impressed.

They couldn’t fine my reservation on time. And the guy who assisted me literally doing nothing to help me out. It was late at night and probably it took me 30-45 mins before i got my room.

This hotel is wonderful, the friendly staff got us checked-in in no time. They even gave us two free drinks at the hotel bar. The room was very comfortable and clean!

The cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning. Then they were smoking right outside my window talking and laughing real loud. The door to the outside kept on being slammed all night long.

Worst stay of my entire life. Cops had to be called not once, but twice over an insane person next door. Cops reported that there were BED BUGS in the building and that I should leave at 3am.
Management is horrible! The manager is a misogynist who doesn't like when women talk back to him and makes it clear. He refused a refund for my horrendous stay. I tried to call for a week straight and never was able to get through until he finally decided to spend an hour talking over me and putting me down for being upset. He even suggested I sue the police.
Clerks are barely attentive. The entire place stinks like curry. Food is horrible. I promptly got food poisoning the follow day after eating their breakfast and spent my New Year's Eve throwing up all evening.

The property is dirty. It's nothing as you see on the website.
Fast is very disrespectful. When you ask for anything, they give you attitude like you're. They are staying for free and you're not paying. The conditions in the room oharable. There was really no hot water. And when we enter the bedroom there was hairs in the bathroom. They say that they have free breakfast in which it's horrible.
The eggs and sausage were cold.
I'm really greasy.
They're apple juice and orange juice is so water down. That is like drinking Plane Water. They say that their waterpool. It's nice and clean and warm, and it's not. It's dirty and it's cold the pool area. It was so cold that when you get in the water it was even colder overall. I will never stay at this place ever again. And I will advise people to not stay. In this place, instead of 3 stars that hotel should be a motel.

I stayed one night at this place as family trip with my kids and it was pretty clean and nice but staffs were terrible. They all have bad attitude always and I had to wait two hours after requesting more towels. There are many different lodges near this place so you don’t have to experience this bad customer service. I don’t recommend to stay here at all.

Don’t get excited about the breakfast. Cold powdered eggs and greasy sausage weren’t impressive. The floor in the dining room was very sticky. This is an old facility. The price was great, but the service/ cleanliness was just average.

Fast check in, room was clean and bed was comfy. Had an early flight and the gentleman at the front desk gave me muffins and a water while waiting for the shuttle.

Disappointed. Customer service/front desk just awful. No, hello or welcome. Just careless overall. Plenty of available rooms and they put me in a room down in the basement pretty much across from the laundry room and next to the mechanical room. Constant noises. Pillows were old and uncomfortable. Also saw a roach on the curtains.
