Great place to stay. The room was clean, the service was excellent. Close to shopping. Having the casino in the resort was a plus.
Only downside was the snacks and liquor. It is weighed so once move you are charged for the item. With that being said, once I addressed a billed item with the staff, it was removed from my bill.
Looking forward to our next trip!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only thing missing was live entertainment; unfortunately it’s only scheduled on Fri/Sat.

We enjoyed our weekend stay , the hotel was very nice , clean, and great service. My only complaint is cigarette smoking is really strong in the casino only , but besides that everything is great! Looking forward to our next stay

The Hotel and Casino were nice. I did mention to the front desk the TV reception was horrible( due to weather) it was a sunny day. The shower was designed for a Handicap individual with a fold up chair, no room in shower and the shower head would not stay when raised up for a normal height. Also mentioned to front desk with no response.

Lovely hotel. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Hospitality was superb. Wish there was at least microwave in the room.

The hotel and property are exceptional. The only complaint I have is that late night room service was advertised until 4 a.m. and we could not get in touch with anyone. We called multiple times, and ended up calling the front desk to have them find someone. This was a bit frustrating. Other than that, due to the casino being a smoking casino, the hallways still smelled a bit smoky, as did our room, despite it being nonsmoking.

The only thing I was disappointed in was not having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Of course, for $26.50/day, I could get a refrigerator. This is an amenity that should be included. You pay good money to stay there; they shouldn't nickel and dime on other stuff. We ate at three of their restaurants and had a couples massage, not to mention all the money we spent at the Casino. (donated, I should say). It is definitely a beautiful hotel, but the "little people" don't get too many perks. It's for the rich people. Sorry, just my opinion.

We have stayed in Mount airy Lodge before we love it there. It’s so peaceful so clean so much to do The casino the pool, the spa this a restaurant right inside everything‘s right there perfect mini vacation.

The rooms, grounds and surrounding area are nice but there is an overwhelming smell/presence of cigarette smoke in the casino and throughout the hotel. Nice array of restaurants and things to do nearby. The resort needs to seriously invest in ventilation to make the resort enjoyable for all.

We loved almost everything at the resort. Only complaint is the fridge is full on sensors removal items which made it impossible to use the fridge for any of our own personal food/drink items
The TV was odd. Didnt have basic channels like NBC or CBS. It also had slight reception issues. But other than that, the restaurants were EXCELLENT! The Casino was well laid out. The rooms were comfortable and best yet? We won at the touch screen roulette table. Yay! We'll be back!

Resort is definitely overpriced; - the amount of money that we have paid versus the quality of the premises doesn't make any sense.
Smoking policies in the Casino is just disgusting; - everyone smokes, and the smell is unbearable.

We had a great time at Mt. Airy lodge. The property was beautiful and clean. The pool was our favorite. Drinks were delicious and the waitstaff was even better. Only issue that we didn’t love was that they stopped serving drinks at the casino at 1 am. Otherwise great stay

Honestly, if you’re under 30, this isn’t the right place for you. The resort was pretty clean and nice, but it was less of a resort and more of a hotel with a nice pool and a casino. It’s supposed to be a smoke free resort with the exception for half of the casino, but the entire place smelled like smoke. Otherwise pretty nice, but there’s definitely better options for the price point.

Good customer service nice area. No much to do for fun just casino no good music. Restaurant food ok and smoking area every where you go no designated area for smoking really everwhere you go on casinos people can smoke. No free drinks in the casinos.

Didn't like - tried getting in to room, no green light. Asked maid across the hall how to do, she said she didn't know. We got in assuming no green light needed. Go to leave room, it won't lock. Called reception and found out IT changing batteries in locks. She didn't where In lodge they were. Did not offer to find out, I had to ask. No instructions in room on TV use, stocked bar fridge, where ice machine is,...

Casino rarely pays out. Very disappointed there was no breakfast included as well as a mini fridge or microwave in the room. This hotel lacks basic amenities.
