We would like you to have fire alarm light flash everywhere in and out of hotel even hurricane. Or smoke alarm. I think that's the most I important for deaf tourist. Overall its excellent! Thats why it is called excellence hotel. :)

Went here for my honeymoon and was blown away with the excellent service and atmosphere. There were so many things to do at the resort! My husband and I had an amazing time!

Staff and property were great. Need more daily activities and music by the pool. Food was mediocre and I could only get grey goose at one bar only open until 6pm. I was unaware I needed an upgraded room to get it in the evening.
