We liked this property as their staff were nice, friendly and helpful. When we arrived our baggage didn’t arrive with us so we had no toiletries. We asked the hotel for some and they readily gave us what we needed. I’d recommend staying here.

The location was convenient to Lehigh U. and other Lehigh Valley locations. Clean and comfortable. Looked like a good breakfast although I didn’t take full advantage. Heating regulation was the self adjusting floor unit style which worked fine but trial and error isn’t optimal. Thermostat would be better.

The front desk staff was not very pleasant and the heart and air conditioning made a lot of noise I could hear the people next to my room and the people staying on the third floor I would not recommend this please if your looking for a quiet nights rest

The agent at reception (don't recall name, but not Nadia) was rude and not helpful, not only to us but also to an elderly couple in front of us. The "airport shuttle" was not a shuttle that ran every few minutes, but a Lyft car that had to be called. Because it was 5AM, we spent some time waiting for the Lyft ride. There were not decent options for late night dining. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was nice. My first room 103 was not clean and the ac/heat smoked. Chair had strange white stains, dead worms by heater. No overnight maintenance so I requested a move. Moved to 107 which was much better. Usually don’t have any problems at a Holiday Inn. Keurig in room was great.

She looked bored out of her mind and unhappy.. Too bored to even respond properly when questions were asked.. Other than that we loved our stay at this place

Stayed here for lax tournament. Everything was great! Breakfast was “ok”, but usually ran out to DD’s anyway. Good location, clean, great staff!

The beds were tooo high for handicapped people and difficult to get in? Also the mattresses were tooo soft? Did not see any snack machines or would be wonderful to have a small restaurant there. Otherwise we were very happy with our reservation.

When I arrived, I walked into a room where there was sticky residue left on the night table and the beds were clearly not serviced from the last guest. The sheets were untucked, dirty, and the comforter had just been thrown back over. The shower had mold growing around the edging. I called and the very kind man working that night immediately put me in another room and, because the elevator was not working, he even brought the keys. The new room was better, however, it was also problematic. There was clear mildew on the sheets and the shower curtain was disgusting to the point I didn’t want to touch it. The tub itself was quite stained with rust or something else. I understand that hotels get old and in a town known for steel there could be hard water problems causing rust. However, it seems that overall the housekeeping staff is doing a very poor job of cleaning and changing linens. The next morning at breakfast, there were a bunch of staff just standing around gossiping and talking about their night, talking about some inappropriate situations for some of the children in the room. Just classless. I won’t stay there again. But I do want to say that the gentleman working the desk the night of my stay was great. He’s the only person I can say I have any faith in there.
