Great service at the front desk. Fantastic food in the diner and service :) bed was a bit hard for me, but overall we will definitely stay here again and tell our friends about it.

We love staying at the Ayers hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the rooms are large with a sitting area plus bedroom. I don’t like the body wash, shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall instead of free standing bottles so we use our one bar of soap and transfer it from the sink to the shower.
There was a problem with the hot water in our room our first night which didn’t get fixed until the next afternoon so we had no hot water for showers our first morning.
Breakfasts were great each morning with two types of scrambled eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. Also bacon or sausage and waffles. Overall a great stay extort the lack of hot water the first morning.
The hotel has a beautiful open patio with a fire pit which we love in cooler weather.

Room was very clean!! Bathroom was very clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Hard. Comforter was old, barely covered by sheets. Pillows uncomfortable. Very plain room.

It’s a beautiful property, clean, and well kept. We had a room facing the road and it was pretty noisy, the windows are not up to it. Also, the breakfast provided is really not great.

Hotel itself was very nice. Only problem was how dim the lighting was in the resturant. You know its dim when we were using the flashlight function on our phones to read the menu!

I reserved a double bed studio suite but was placed in a regular room for the same price. The attendants didn’t inform me that they had switched my room. They claimed there was a maintenance problem with suite but the rooms were the same.

I really enjoyed the property and my stay at Ayres Hotel and Spa. I was in the building to the right as soon as you go in to the parking lot. It had the cutest little courtyard with a fire pit, and I was bummed I didn't have a chance to sit out there with a glass of wine. They have a great little hotel bar with great food, and the bartender was SUPER nice. I spent most of the Superbowl with her, and she was so friendly and tentative. The front office staff was also very nice, and everything was clean and it smelled nice. My room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Room service also came with just a 2 night stay, and that is not something I'm used to after Covid. The breakfast was pretty average for your big chain hotels, but they did have fresh baked cookies out every night which was really nice. Close to some good places to eat, and I would certainly come back without a doubt!

Nice hotel but would be nice to know that pool is shared with nextdoor location. Also we had our kids and once we pulled out the sofa bed, there was no room to move around in the room. Also only one blanket for them, no extra pillows.

The Ayer’s Hotels are very dated, the rooms are laid out very awkwardly, old carpeting; they are stingy with room amenities. I felt as if I was in a bad, 1940’s black & white movie.
