We stayed for 4 nights in June. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, and conveniently located above a small grocery store and delicious boulangerie!
We unfortunately missed our room cleaning twice due to it being so late in the day.
The room was equipped with a kettle and some tea, with coffee and soft drinks available for purchase at the front desk (along with additional glassware), and a mini fridge that did not get very cold. For a few nights, this hotel was just what we needed to enjoy our visit to Lyon.
We appreciated how accommodating the staff were - they made our stay feel comfortable and welcoming!

Great location for exploring beautiful Lyon. I did find our initial arrival into the hotel a bit awkward. The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. Not easy with luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was certainly a good size. I did not realize there was no air conditioning and upon arrival the room was very warm. They do provide a stand up fan to cool off the room . The bed was comfortable although the pillow was not. Only body gel available in shower to be used on hair as well.
Overall, this hotel was good for our one night stay but I would be hesitant to book it for a longer period.

Cozy, old hotel. Beautiful building. Rooms are quite small and there’s nowhere to put anything except a few hangers on one shelf. But it’s a great value and a great location. The staff is kind. there’s breakfast.
