The hotel is nice. But I think for the money we paid the attractions should have been included or at least the restaurants.

It was mt first experience as a uest @ Margaritaville Biloxi resort. I was pleased from beginning to end. Especially with customers service. The front desk staff was great, with special shout out to lillian for her help great deals as first timer.

The cleaning department is very poor, they only spread the sheets and don't change them, they don't check what's on the bed, I stayed there one night and I usually check before going to bed, but I was exhausted after so much walking, in the morning I didn't I found the remote control, and I found that the sheets were full of semen, band-aids and blood, it made me angry, disgusted, the night there cost $296 dollars, for that price one would think that the resorts have the best prestige, I went to the front desk and the gentleman tells me to wait for the manager to file the complaint, he was so insensitive that he didn't even apologize to me,

We had a great time. It was fun to have everything in one place. The water park was fun for the kids! The convenience of the pier next door was great also. The kids loved the arcade! The restaurants on site were on the expensive side, which we were prepared for-the service was not great at the restaurants. The staff of the hotel was extremely friendly every time we saw them. The onsite, free parking garage was much appreciated! We will definitely return.

Decent at best. Bathroom was dirty with hair on shower walls. I can’t imagine being there during a busy time, as the elevator situation is TERRIBLE! Ended up taking the stairs down due to insane wait times for full elevators.

Easy check. We picked the room with bunk beds (double size bed). My kids loved them and said they were comfortable. I found them noisy. The kids liked the water park and arcade.

This is the second time staying here first time was great but this time was horrible, people smoking outside on the balcony would come in our room a weed smell was all though the hall. This is supposed be a family friendly place its not anymore.

Everything was nice. Pricey but nice. I didnt like the extra fee and I didnt recieve any extra bottles of water nor housekeeping.

Love staying here. Only complaint we have is that the beds seriously need replacing. The mattresses are worn and it feels like you’re sleeping right on the beds foundation. Arcade is fun but the ticket redemption store needs more variety for all ages. Everyone throughout the resort was extremely friendly.

Front desk ignored our Hotels.com points, we got in the elevator line and waited for at least 10 elevators, they were always full!! Then we finally got to our room and the keys didnt work!! Back to the elevator line. We did sleep good after the rowdy people passed out!! Overall a BUST!!

The rooms and facility were great however it took us forever to leave on Friday due to the elevators being so busy it literally took an hour before I was able to catch one! I understand it was busy but that is ridiculous

The stay was nice. The bedding was not quite clean not was the balcony, housekeeping on the third day weren’t so friendly. The one guy at the pool area was really friendly & helpful. The food was always pretty good.

We like this place very much. This trip's room not so much. looked like someone silly stringed or splashed sparkly paint on the ceiling. The AC unit sounded like a jet engine starting up and shutting down every time it ran. The water pressure was too strong for the fancy faucet in the sink and we could not regulate the water temp in the shower.

The set up of the facility is not user friendly. Different from anywhere I have ever been. Check in was on the 10th floor after we walked a good distance from the parking lot. Not good, since we had a handicapped person with us. We were there for Beta convention and we in and out a lot. It would be a good place if you are planning on staying at facility and enjoying all the amenities, which were closed, except for the arcade. Great place for a family with children.

Breakfast restaurant wasn’t a good experience. Food took a long time. Server was in the weeds big time. He blamed the cheerleader competition you all weren’t ready for. He also said because we all came in at the same time that caused them to fall behind. Which I understand but silly tell us that. We had the rest of our meals off property so your staff wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. Overall that was the only downfall breakfast service evening else was ok

Great location to the casinos and a good rate. Rooms are roomy and clean but could use better pillows. Love the arcade floor too! We had a lot of fun with the games and good pizza
