The stay here was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location to the airport was unmatched. We were able to exit the hotel and enter the airport to change our plane reservation.

I was giving the wrong room and they wasnt the nicest about it . Telling me i shouldn't be booking with a website like this and said they would only give me half of my money back even though i paid more for a suite room that was suppose to have a big fridge . I brought my birthday cake to put it in but sense it was the wrong room i had no where to put my cake . I only had one of those really small fridges so my cake got ruined also

This place is the best place I’ve experienced in this area. I stayed there a couple of times and then tried others nearby but I am back at Hyatt Place! Professional, excellent accommodations and breakfast. Clean gym and common areas. I already made my next reservation!

Hotel was great. The free Breakfast was very good and the staff did an amazing job refilling everything including the fresh berries at 9:45 (it ends at 10). My only complaint is the bed was pretty soft. We visited a few colleges and the location was perfect.

Room was not ready by check in time, as they said a large group of kids recently left. I only had to wait a little bit. We came with the dog so we couldn't eat in the main area, but there was plenty of seating elsewhere. Nice that shower had mat, but it was very small. Sheets on both beds had spots on them. Good menu choices for dinner and breakfast.

I came to the higher for the second time to come see a family member that was Ill. Everything was great I didn't have any issues with the facility. Love that its right by the train

The rooms were new and clean and the bar stayed open late so after dinner we were able to come back and have a drink before going up for the night

Check in was simple and quick. The front desk clerk showed me how to walk to the airport should the shuttle not be operating tomorrow. Very professional. On the negative side the dining area waitress acted like she was doing me a favor.

Just like all the Hyatts I have stayed in. Staff were excellent, large spacious rooms. Very clean.

Overall most of the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was decent with fresh fruits. But, the time should be extended to 10am. The hotel's best feature is that it is conveniently located. I had several issues: 1. When I arrived at the airport, there were no clear signs for the shuttle. Therefore, I followed signs for the Hyatt Place and ended up walking way across the skywalk and right through the garage to the hotel. It was cold and I felt unsafe in the garage. My fight came in late at 11pm. 2. Secondly, upon check-in, the front desk agent gave me the wrong room key and I actually opened the door and entered into the wrong room and walked in on the actual occupant. My boyfriend had already checked and I had told her that. This is very dangerous. 3.Thirdly, the wifi had low bandwidth and we couldn't watch our shows and cast. We had to watch our show on our computer. The hotel staff was very nonchalant about it and did not offer any resolution. 4. The heat had a 20-30 minute delay to warm up once you left the room. We had to call maintenance, who informed us that if we leave a light on, then the room will stay at a set temperature. This is key information to share with guests upon check-in.

Loved the breakfast, loved the room and loved the staff

On my floor, it sounded like some parties were going on. Folks were loud and it was annoying. Thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper. Not sure there is much the staff could do in these cases. Other than that, my stay was good.

Phone in the lobby didn’t work, so trying to get a local number to alert the desk clerk to let me in took a while. Then they gave me a room with someone already in it. Walking in on someone at 1 in the morning is a joy everyone should get to experience

I truly appreciated how accommodating Paul was at the front desk. He was super empathetic and friendly! I would come back just to experience that type of service again. The room was clean bed was comfortable. They had a 24/7 fitness center.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.

Everything was good, except 2 things: the hotel has only one camera in front desk. My romm didn't clean and I lost my hat in the gym and nobody found it. No camera in the gym, pool place, halls, nothing. Unsecured.

I always have an excellent experience and have stayed here 4 times. The property is clean and well-maintained. Staff is courteous and friendly all the time. Breakfast is fresh and hot. I highly recommend it!
