The property was clean although communication was a bit slow and not accurate with the staff. Even though it’s close to local amenities, there’s a lot of noise during the night, eg. Delivery truck, rubbish trucks, people walking by and taking loudly or even the ones entering the flats which are very loud throughout midnight. Other than that, it was okay.

The apartment was nice, modern and suitable for our family. The listing wasn't very clear and seemed to offer a hot tub but we had messages to say it wasn't available. Comms was a bit lacking as we had replied to a message about the hot tub but had no reply. Comms generally was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes quick and other times less so. We arrived late and no sofa bed had been set up, so I had to find where it was then set it all up myself. The apartment also had a toilet flush that didn't seem to operate properly, but we managed to make this work. There was also a bit of an ant I gestation in the apartment. Lots around the dining table, kitchen and living area. No late check out was able to be accommodated either. The apartment location was good but there are some rough characters at the train station lift/stair area. Drug and drink abuse felt common here when passing. So overally a mixed bag of an apartment.

It was a bit different from other hotels as there were no keys. We were in apartment one on the ground floor and it felt a bit unnerving being right next to the street. However it wasn't noisy after the metro shut so wasn't so bad at all. Ifwe stayed again though I would pick a higher floor if possible. The staff are really friendly when speaking to them via ring. The flat is very close to Trinidade so easy to walk down to the river, but a bit steep when walking back up the hill. The rooms were clean and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. I would stay there again but probably not more than three nights

All aspects top notch. If you take metro from airport, make sure you take elevator to 2nd floor, you are there in 20 steps. Will definately coming back here!

Great location, walkable with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We were greeted by the host and he explained everything. We reserved a parking space and it was very secured. I would highly recommend it.
