The little cabin was super clean. It was very relaxing inside. I should of stayed two nights instead of one, there's always next time. I will be going back the next time I'm in town.

The heating worked great to warm up our little cabin this February. Bathrooms were the nicest outdoor bathrooms I have ever seen! Clean and fun amenities. Will stay again!

This place was perfect! It was just the right size for our family of 7. They had everything we needed and was very clean. The place had a nice smell and great heating/cooling system. We loved the grounds with a playground, cornhole, pickleball court. small field, and fire pits. We would love to come back when we can enjoy it more.

If you're thrifty and want to be near some great mountain bike trails, this is the place for you.

Clean and simple. It's camping.... in a cabin. Cute little place and 40 minutes from Zion National Park. Grilled outside, slept like a rock. Space heater warmed up the space quickly. Office had snacks. Would stay again.

The property is good to communicate with the host are very fast response the place are clean very recommended this place 16min drive to walmart you can borrow everything cooking stuff etc free coffee free paper plates etc pet friendly and specially the place are nice. 5 ⭐️ for the property 24hrs open the honesty store less contact with the host just informed them what to took from the store just be honest to your self

Cabins were great with heater and AC. Had a nice stay during the winter. Was very quiet when we went and we had everything we needed! Also super close to the main road so driving places was super easy.

This place was great for two. It warmed up nicely in January and the bathrooms were very clean

Fantastic option if you want to explore Zion/Hurricane Valley/Grand Canyon North Rim and all and everything in between. I visited with my 4-legged co-pilot and we both had a wonderful stay. Super easy to check in, the room set up was PERFECT (very comfortable bed!) and all the basics were provided. This is my new go-to spot everytime I come visit Zion or pass through the area.

When I first arrived, I was surprised that the room was so small and worried that the bathroom was far away. However, the room was clean and the public toilet and shower room were all clean, so I had a great time without any inconvenience. It was a fun experience. One thing that was inconvenient was that the Wi-Fi didn't work well. I just hope it improves!

This was a wonderful place for our destination Christmas! The cabin was clean and the staff was very helpful. We were also able to prepare a very nice Christmas dinner due to the amenities provided. The cabin layout was comfortable and accommodated someone with a walker. The only negative is the toilet is low profile which was a bit difficult for those with mobility issues, but otherwise, we were pleased. I recommend Gooseberry Lodges.

Enjoyed the clean property. Very well-kept. I also love to having access to Fresh coffee every morning. I stayed in the standard cabin. It was nice that they had a heater in the cabin during the cold months. The description of the cabin says you will receive check-in instructions 24 hours before your reservation. I actually received it 3 hours before the check-in time.

What a great experience staying here. We stayed in the deluxe cabin and thought it was just like staying in a little house away from home. Because this is off season, we had basically the entire property to ourselves, with only a couple of other visitors. The cabin itself was great, with a comfy bed, a warm heater, beautiful tongue and groove ceiling and a big bathtub. No complaints whatsoever!! We will be making another reservation in the spring. The staff was friendly and polite. We traveled with our basset hound and his fee was $30 extra for two nights. If you're traveling with your furry friend, this place is awesome for them too. There are multiple pet areas you can use to relieve your dog, all very close to your front door. My only small concern was I think they should text their patrons the entry code 24 hours in advance in order to eliminate worries. Lots of times the staff isn't on site and I was worried I couldn't make entry to the cabin, but it all worked out. My highest recommendation!

It's an amazing glamping experience. It's close to Zion so we stayed here while visiting the park. The bed was comfortable and a small heater was there. We could have created bonfire or grilled.

The cabin was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and clean. We got in after dark and the light by the door was not on so it was hard to enter the code.

While these cabins are quite basic - simple fixtures, a hot plate (and firepit and grill), they are very well done for what they are--cabins fit for resting between hikes, for turning off social media and making s'mores etc. The bathroom was very clean with lots of hot water, the office supplies lots of things: water, wood, lighters, skewers for s'mores and so on. We never saw any management, but the instructions were clear and legible. We stayed in some fancy spa-equipped places, but this was our favorite!

The cabins were very clean and seemed quite new. They have a lovely view of mountains out the front of the cabins. Very nice individual fire pits, bbq, hot plate, microwave and mini-fridge in cabin. Some confusion about "complimentary" firewood and starter - minor issue. Very nice check in. Personable staff.

The property was great, clean and very beautiful. The area surrounding the property was also very nice. Front desk was very helpful and always responsive. I highly recommend this place.
