Situated in the heart of campus and within walking distance to everything Sewanee, this newly renovated home offers great outdoor spaces including a screened in porch with dining table, living area and fireplace and oversized wood deck. New kitchen, 3 bedrooms down w/ 2baths and 2 bedrooms up w/ 1 bath, office all in a peaceful wooded setting. The home is only available during University-sponsored or University-approved events.

The house and location are both perfect for any Sewanee trip.The inside is very well laid out with great kitchen, gathering areas, and bedroom/bathrooms.The outside is wonderful! The yard is beautiful and the screened in porch and outside porch are wonderful areas for enjoying coffee or gathering with friends.Communication is also smooth and easy.Served as a wonderful home base for my daughter's wedding.Cannot recommend this house enough for Sewanee events or just a great get away!Cannot recommend enough for

Great common space indoors and outdoors that is open, light and welcoming, well maintained and fresh. There are warm personal Sewanee touches that give the house a homey, personal vibe. This is the perfect house for all seasons. The screened in outdoor porch is beautiful. The layout of the bedrooms and clean spacious baths were all perfect for our needs. We were there for our son's wedding week and everything was walking distance...All Saint's, The Inn, Centennial House, Downtown, The Cross (which is where the Bride's family lived). So glad we found this perfect gem!

We were on campus for a family wedding with four generations of alumni....very cool. It was a wonderful location to be able to sneak away from the crowds at the Inn. The only issue was heat the first night, but the owner did a nice job of getting a contractor their first thing the next day and it was resolved.
Only other suggestion I would make is to see if you can't have firewood available beyond what is available from the yard. Maybe add some to the porch that stays dry--the location is great for a weekend stay and the layout is wonderful for a large family.

Ashley’s house was perfect for our needs! Several of our friends stayed here, and it was the perfect place for them to stay while also being a wonderful gathering point while so many of our friends and family were in Sewanee! Will definitely keep Ashley in mind in the future!
