The view from the homestay was stunning, feels like a world away from everything else. For something this far from everything else, it was truly a great value homestay. The beautiful nature, the little decor details, the comfort of the rooms, the authenticity of the host family were all top notch. Probably my favourite homestay in Vietnam. Just note that it's a bit hard to get to the homestay on a bike since it's above a hill but absolutely worth it.

The location was very pretty and the room was clean enough and cozy. The staff was very nice as well. There were warm blankets and heat lamps in the bathroom (we booked a private room) that were great for the cold front during our stay.
We dropped off our laundry with the staff and realized my boyfriend was missing his rain jacket. We went to ask the staff and they knew where it was which was good. We also realized after we checked out that they didn't give us back the laundry bags we dropped off our things in. The worst part of our experience was extremely loud construction starting outside of our window (very thin walls) at 7 in the morning. We tried to put in earplugs to get some decent sleep but it was so incredibly loud that we couldn't. The construction continued until at least 10 when we checked out, and at times was so loud we couldn't even talk to eachother in our room without yelling.
