Great location and staff, and still quiet relaxed atmosphere.
Breakfast was good quality, nice scrambled egg and tocilog, but the portion was a little small.

All good

Fan's Hotel Baybay was the best of the three hotels we stayed at in the city. The shower had strong, reliable water pressure, the refrigerator ran quietly, and we found no water leaks anywhere in our room. The staff were great too — it's clear the hotel invests in and manages its people well.
There were some long cracks running across the ceiling, and a few pieces of equipment in the room are clearly aged and not well maintained. Some rooms may also carry a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

The breakfast was very basic and minimal choice. You need a buffet for breakfast
