L’appartement est parfaitement situé ! Il est très propre, on dirait qu’il est neuf ! Le propriétaire laisse quelques affaires utiles : produit vaisselle, capsules café et nous avons même eu droit à un gâteau et une carafe de Porto à notre arrivée !

Quem procura os hotéis mais centrais nas cidades conta sempre com alguma azáfama e ruído próprios dessas localizações, mas o mais impressionante neste apartamento é estar tão central, ao lado da Rua de Santa Catarina, e ao mesmo tempo ser tão calmo e silencioso, ideal para quem também precisa de descansar, por estar localizado numa rua secundária e sem acesso ao trânsito. Mérito também dos proprietários que investiram recentemente em obras de remodelação e insonorização, o apartamento está praticamente novo e é como se o estivéssemos a estrear. Tudo impecável, limpeza perfeita, conforto máximo e quase à porta o excelente restaurante Abadia do Porto. Muitos parabéns à equipa Bolhão Residences!

The property and the team all deserve 5 stars! The building itself is new, located in a quiet alleyway but extremely close to all tourist attractions, making it easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is bright and spacious. I especially love the skylight in the room. You have to appreciate that the furnished apartment and the supplies provided have been intentional with the client always being top of mind. The team provided video instructions and prepared a document with care to help with your stay. They were in constant contact if needed. The yummy welcome gift was also appreciated!
