The property is in a very safe area. We walked a ton. It is 0.3 miles to the front gate and apartment number 5 is up 3 flights of stairs. It was very clean and homey. Security was so pleasant and friendly. Answered any questions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The swing on the main bedroom is an added bonus. The apartment has everything you would need (ex. Cooking stuff, beach towels, a/c, silverware, plates, an air fryer, coffee maker, toaster... And more). Cesar definitely is a great host. He answers any and all questions. Easy to get into contact with and even met us at the apartment for a walk-through/tour. The apartment even comes with a filtered water cooler/machine with plenty of extra 5 gallon jugs. Relaxation at it's finest!!
The 3 flights of stairs and the haul to the front security gate. LOL. Uber and excursion pick up has to be at a resort nearby due to the address being difficult for people to find.

Muito bem localizado. A vista do quarto é maravilhosa. O apartamento é muito confortável. A cozinha é muito bem equipada. Nossa estadia foi perfeita. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso conosco.

there is a camera that watches us 24 hours a day wherever you are in the apartment, in the living room and kitchen and even at the entrance to the bedroom and the entrance to the bathroom.
sharing the apartment is fine, but being watched is unacceptable and invasive.
not enough hot water to take a shower.
air conditioning did not work .
the bed makes a creaking noise, an absurd creak, if you breathe lying on it, it creaks.
I honestly don't know if the points against were worth the view.
