Thuy was an excellent host and was very helpful. The property was spacious and well equipped
A Sauna is advertised which we would have liked to use but it is not available as it’s used as a store.
Despite paying 2.8m VD extra which we thought was a resort fee, we were not able to use a number of facilities for free, like the swimming pool

La casa es una pasada. La piscina privada, aunque fría, es genial tenerla para ti entera. La cama muy cómoda. Vegetación increíble.
Muy poca intimidad. La comunicación con el anfitrión es difícil. Tuvimos una gotera y nos contestó por whatsapp pero no hizo nada. La piscina está bien, pero hay que saber que está fría. Otras casas tenían hamacas, flotadores, etc, pero la nuestra no. Tenía bicicletas pero oxidadas, viejas y una tenía los pedales rotos. Relación calidad con el precio es elevado.

This place is gorgeous, an oasis of zen. There are so many facilities for affordable prices. Communication with host is easy.

The villa was amazing along with the restaurant and other facilities on site.
It's not mentioned that you need to pay extra to get onto the resort site which is not included in the booking.com fee. Also the staff did not submit our passports to the police so we had a wake up call from them, which has never happened to me in my 4 months of travelling all around Vietnam.
