Fue muy amable y atenta, respondió rápidamente todas nuestras consultas y estuvo siempre disponible para ayudarnos ante cualquier necesidad. Nos hizo sentir muy cómodos y acompañados durante toda la estadía. Sin dudas, una excelente anfitriona. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

NO RECOMENDABLE

Mi experiencia fue muy mala y finalmente no pude hospedarme en el alojamiento. Realicé la reserva con aproximadamente un mes y medio de anticipación e informé previamente el horario en el que podía realizar el check-in, el cual fue aceptado por la dueña. Dos días antes de mi llegada, le consulté nuevamente si podía ingresar a las 9:00 o después de las 16:00, y me confirmó que debía ser después de las 16:00, por lo que acordamos ese horario. El día de llegada, mientras me dirigía al alojamiento, le envié varios mensajes avisando que estaba llegando, pero ninguno fue recibido (quedaban con un solo tilde). Al llegar a la puerta, volví a escribirle y también intenté comunicarme telefónicamente y por WhatsApp, pero nunca respondió. Además, la entrada no coincidía con las fotografías publicadas en Booking. Cuando ya me había retirado para buscar otro alojamiento, recibí un mensaje indicándome que debía retirar la llave de un lugar que desconocía. Posteriormente, la anfitriona se disculpó mediante un audio y explicó que se encontraba en un turno médico y sin señal. Sin embargo, según me informaron posteriormente personas que habían alquilado otro de sus apartamentos, en realidad se encontraba de viaje. Ese mismo día me pidió que cancelara la reserva, algo que no hice, y al día siguiente volvió a escribirme para preguntarme si finalmente iba a presentarme o sino que cancelaria la reserva. Considero que la situación fue totalmente evitable y que faltó una comunicación adecuada y responsable por parte de la dueña. No pude acceder al alojamiento pese a haber cumplido con el horario de check-in acordado, por lo que mi experiencia fue muy negativa.

Pueden mejorar

Tenia todo lo básico para estar de paso.

La humedad en la ropa de cama, colchones y almohadas, ademas de las toallas. Todo tenia mal olor. Tambien humedad en las paredes por falta de ventilación. Creo que se puede mejorar, son detalles que hacen al buen descanso.

Tenia todo lo básico para estar de paso.

La humedad en la ropa de cama, colchones y almohadas, ademas de las toallas. Todo tenia mal olor. Tambien humedad en las paredes por falta de ventilación. Creo que se puede mejorar, son detalles que hacen al buen descanso.
