Cold apartment, construction noise, and poor communicationNot suitable for winter stay – cold apartm

The location was central and made it easy to access the city and public transport. The apartment was generally clean and tidy on arrival.

The apartment was very cold throughout the stay, and the indoor temperature was consistently uncomfortable. The heating was not sufficient, which significantly affected the overall comfort and made the stay difficult, especially during the winter period. The heating was not sufficient, making the apartment not suitable for a winter stay. This significantly affected the overall comfort and had a major negative impact on our holidaday. There was also ongoing road construction directly outside the apartment, which caused significant noise during the day. This was disruptive and not mentioned in advance. In addition, communication was poor. Messages sent via Booking.com were read but not answered in a timely manner, and replies were instead sent via WhatsApp, which caused confusion and delayed assistance.

Beautiful apartment! Everything is there for comfortable living. Well equipped and decor made with love! Felt absolute Porto vibes there! Great comfy bed and overall felt like living in a great 2 floors house! My fav place now. Location is awesome.

Well maybe stairs lil bit hard for walking for older people, but it's good for your butt :)
