Comfortable beds, clean facilities, friendly staff and nice welcome on arrival at 2am
A written breakfast menu should be available on the tables as not clear what could be ordered.

Very well located hotel to explore the city, nice room, comfortable and clean, very nice staff always willing to help you and make our stay enjoyable. Lovely garden as well to enjoy our breakfast or a drink
The air conditioner stopped working one night but the maintenance team fixed it a few hours after we reported it to the staff.

Great location easy to reach everything yet a nice quiet street. Charming Catarina and Rafaela (trainee) went over and above to help us. Our talented waiter at our delicious tasting dinner was just great, as was his sweet colleague, from Ivory Coast, sorry forget his name but he poured a great Gin and soda!
The breakfast folk were very friendly and accommodating too.
Our room had everything we needed and the ambiance of the hotel was very relaxing and attractive.
We changed rooms due to a running toilet but was no big deal.

Bad odors in passage ways. And drain smell on outside alley way rooms side
A variety of Fresh Fruit at breakfast could be better.
No porter or offer to assist with luggage
Would think about building a pool
