Owners should at least buy a simple fan to make the unit comfortable.

It was in a great location to walk everywhere; busy street was loud though until around 1am.

Extremely hot. There was no AC in the room. They had an old cooler type machine that barely worked. NO fans of any type. Had to keep waking to take cold shower to cool off.

Je n’ai presque pas dormi les deux nuits que j’y ai passé

Très pratique pour mes activités.

Malheureusement, cette rue est le lieu où les jeunes passent la soirée jusqu’à 2h du matin voire plus tard. J’avais un groupe qui parlait, riait, hurlait même devant ma fenêtre sans parler des groupes qui passaient encore sur le chemin du retour jusqu’au petit matin.

Emplacement idéal, très proche de la place du Capitole et du métro. Tout le centre peut se faire à pieds depuis l'appartement. Appartement refait récemment, très propre et bien équipé, franchement rien à redire ! Equipe très sympa (j'ai eu contact avec Romuald et le ménage a été fait par Elodie, merci à eux deux).

Quartier très fréquenté donc pourrait être bruyant mais avec les deux fenêtres (oui, deux fenêtres l'une contre l'autre), l'appartement est plutôt calme.
