We loved staying here, especially because there were no other guests staying, so we had the entire house to ourselves. The house is new and very clean. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge, toaster and electric hot plate. The receptionist was very nice and stopped by everyday to check in and do some work downstairs by the entrance.
The property is near Cho An Binh, the neighborhood market where they sell food and groceries in the morning and evening. We walked back and forth a few times and the locals looked at us like we were crazy for walking 15 minutes in the hot sun, but it was exercise and we enjoyed it. They also have motorbike rental for $150,000 a day, we rented all the days we were there because it was just convenient and we had the freedom to explore without spending same amount on a one way ride to town.
The bed was very hard! The place we stayed previously had an extremely hard bed so this one was slightly better but still very uncomfortable for us, as we are used to soft beds considering coming from America. We used sleeping pills forced us to sleep but we still woke up achy and not very rested. We spent a couple of afternoons at Cafe Today and napped in their hammocks for a much more comfortable zZz. The hostess/owner Lona improved a few things while we were staying there so maybe she will get softer beds in the future as a lot of tourists like softer beds.

It's a new house. Everything is nice, new and clean. I recommend to stay here. Renting cheap scooters. Good communication with the owner.
Just please replace that tiny small useless towels with a standard tower and it will be perfect.

A very helpful and nice host who helped with the things we needed help with. it was possible to book trips to e.g. the floating market on site at good prices.
Our room didn't have a window or a sink, so we had to use another one in the house://
The location is a bit too far from the center to walk there.

If you have the only room, number 4 with window everything is ok, all other rooms do not have window!! This room does not have bathroom!!
