Amazing garden, nice pool area.
Nice bar overlooking the beach with good drinks.
Well equipped gym with high quality equipment.
We were upgraded and got a family room in Orient section which was nice, although the room was very very dark as it was located at the ground floor and hardly no sun was getting there. We did not care too much as we did not spend much time in our room .
Staff overwhelmed by the amount of work, not always happy to help you. You had to ask several times for your beverage during meals, sometimes we almost finished eating when the waiter finally brought us our beverages.
Rooms not cleaned throughly, the bed were made and the towels were changed bit it seemed like the floor was not washed as our feet and socks were dirty after walking without shoes.

The family suite was well designed and convenient. The mini bar was good (bottle of wine every day if needed), the swimming pool among the pine trees was beautiful and well maintained.
Also the gym was good size and with good equipment.
The beach was very narrow surrounded by other busy hotels and water sports private companies. It was very noisy, the sun beds were not comfortable- plastic and narrow. The bar service at the beach wasn’t great: I had to walk to the bar to get my drinks sorted, as the waiters were sparse and very-very slow.
