Apartamento reformado y limpio. Aire acondicionado en salón y las dos habitaciones.
Trato de la empresa que lo alquila agradable y útil.
La ubicación no es buena: lejos de las cosas turísticas que ver en Oporto. Lo cogimos algo más alejado,pensando que no habría problema con limitación del parking. Hay que poner parkimetro de 9 a 19 h máximo 4 horas.Cogería un alojamiento mucho mas cerca de la parte turística y dejaría el coche en un parking.
No había balleta ni fregona. Faltan utensilios de cocina y más sartenes y cazuelas.
El apartamento está en una calle estrecha sin vistas.

Great apartment on the first floor of the building. Nice location 15 mins walk to city centre and a spar supermarket right next door is very handy. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious.
The biggest problem was no oven tray to be able to cook anything in the oven. Like various other reviews the kitchen sink must have a blockage as it drains very slowly and leaves a strong bad smell in the kitchen at all times. While the instructions said the key extends, it didn't say how to extend it so it took a while to get through the door. There's a tiny indent on the top you need to press to extend it out and turn the key 2 and and a half times clockwise to open it.

Me encantó la localización. Está muy cerca de todo y puedes acceder al centro caminando. La zona es muy tranquila y no hay lomas.

Location was just 10 min walking distance away from city Centre, and the place has plenty of local amenities just around the corner.
The walls are very thin, and you can hear a lot the neighbors from the property above, and it might be that you are awaken at 1am from loud noise in the corridor or property above.
If you want/require to have a good night sleep this might not be the best option but otherwise it is fine.
