Near to S-bahn station (12 min walk). Near to REWE grocery store (5-6 min walk). Nice bed, enough space for 4-5 persons. Fully equipped kitchen so we can cook simple meal without a problem.
Smell of the bathroom. I guess it’s from the building’s piping system or something. No oven mitten, I had to use the kitchen towel. When we arrive, the clean dishes from the previous guest were still in the dishwasher so we had to sort it out ourselves. The top of the fridge, the bed lamp are quite dusty.

Nach so vielen positiven Rezensionen habe ich mich wirklich auf den Aufenthalt gefreut. Die Wohnung war zwar grundsätzlich sauber (Boden, Küche und Bad), allerdings waren das Schlafsofa und auch der Teppich nicht besonders sauber.
In der Küche hätte ich zumindest ein bisschen Öl und Salz erwartet. In der Kaffeemaschine war verschmutztes Wasser. Viele Schränke waren verschlossen; die Schränke, die offen waren, waren leider nicht besonders sauber.
Insgesamt ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut und ruhig. Für den Preis war die Leistung jedoch leider unter dem, was ich erwartet hatte.
