Good location - falls short of expectations

The building itself is beautiful and in a great location, but unfortunately the accommodation was a major disappointment. The building itself has plenty of charm and potential, but the accommodation falls well short of what is advertised and what guests should reasonably expect.

I didn't realize this was a basement room.. The apartment was infested with ants. We found ants crawling on the couch and even on me while I was trying to sleep. This was extremely disgusting, unhygienic and completely unacceptable for any accommodation. There is virtually no soundproofing. You can hear every person walking past outside, every conversation from neighbouring apartments, toilets flushing throughout the building, and constant building noises day and night. Getting a decent night's sleep was almost impossible. To make matters worse, there were no blankets, sheets or any bedding provided for the pull-out beds. We were left to sleep without proper coverings and froze throughout the night.

Good location, dirty, property management didn’t care about the issue about blood stain on the duvet covers

The duvet covers had blood stains.

Good

The location and price were very good. The working stuff was nice and friendly.

I didn't like the cleanness in the flat. The sofa and the bed linens were not clean. The flat was on the underground floor so we head everything what was going on in the entrance as if it was in our flat. The time of checkout registered in the announcement on the wall and in the email did not match. The staff kindly gave us half an hour to get ready. So be attentive regarding the checkout time, so that you have not unpleasant surprises.

SPORCHISSIMA

Posizione abbastanza comoda.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Gegend, gute Ausstattung

8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026

9 / 10Outstanding·May 2026

Die Einrichtung ließ nichts vermissen. Sogar ein Schuhanzieher war vorhanden. Funktionierende Air Condition, angenehme Temperatur.
