Location. Clean and roomy
The picture was misleading as there was no covered balcony that one could sit in. The shower was great but the cabinet was faulty so the floor was inundated with water.
Also no wine bottle opener which should be standard. I requested a wine bottle opener on Sunday and was told I can get one at the office 16 min walk away on the Monday. Not particularly hospitable response

The apartment was exceptionally spacious,The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest, and the kitchen was modern, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed .The location was outstanding. Situated right in the city center, it was surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions. Almost everything was within walking distance, so we hardly needed to use public transportation or the metro during our visit.
The only aspect that could be improved was the lighting inside the apartment. We also experienced an issue with the bathroom: every time we took a shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor and caused minor flooding. It seemed as though there might be a problem with the shower seal or waterproofing that may need attention.

The location for the convenience but not the noise.
The kitchen was well equipped and great to have an iron and ironing board. The bed was comfortable.
The mouldy shower, the door didn't shut so the bathroom flooded every time we showered (safety issue). Two hangers on a clothes rail, no wardrobe, no shelves or drawers for clothes. An extension chord for power from behind the TV - to use it we had to unplug the bedside lights = no light! The log of wood for bedside table.
The traffic noise and incessant emergency vehicle sirens couldn't be blocked out, the wooden internal shutters muffled minor noises.
The link sent to us for provision of personal information did not work so we had to drag our luggage up that hill from Sao Bento to register, then catch a Bolt to the apartment.
