I loved the swim out pool and the hibachi restaurant.
The buffet was not it, there was a roach crawling on the table. And you need to reserve everything and the rooftop closes at 6pm and the restaurants are only from 6pm-10pm. Also things were promised to us and never happened. The tour that they talk about with breakfast is loooooong was there over 3hrs.

The resort and room was lovely .
What lets it down is some of the staff and I think it’s poorly managed . We were left waiting nearly an hour and half after check in time to finally get our room.
Many staff (especially in buffet ) were very sullen and rude . Staff around lobby bar and coffee bar were excellent t though
