About this house rental
This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.

The house and grounds were all what we were looking for, secluded so we did not have to worry about traffic, shady, had all the comforts of home. The host also was quick to respond with any questions we had. Our only problem was with living room sofa and chair that had too wide a seat for us older people to get comfortable on.

Every single aspect was amazing! House was impeccably clean, super comfortable beds with lovely linens, pillows and towels. A lot of little extras and thoughtful touches! Host is super helpful and super fast to respond. We will stay here everytime for our Fairhope Trips!!

Awesome property to relax in. Not far from convenient shopping, i.e. Wal-Mart. No noisy neighbors, unless you count the rooster who showed up the day we left, he is not afraid of people that's for sure! But he was fun to watch. As far as VRBOs go this was top notch!
