Hôtel propre, fonctionnel, confortable. Chambres de bonne taille et bonne literie. Piscine en rooftop très sympa. Accueil agréable, mais anglais limité. Très joli resto à quelques pas (slow down cuisine). Excursions proposées à des tarifs raisonnables.
Petit dej limite, plus rien de disponible après 8h15. Resto de l'hôtel peu intéressant , mais repas corrects. Emplacement très éloigné de la ville, mais celle ci n'ayant aucun intérêt, cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Pas de plage et environnement peu agréable. Karaoké très intense pendant notre séjour, avis aux dormeurs légers.

Nhân viên hỗ trợ bọn mình nhiệt tình, phòng sạch đẹp. Bọn mình chủ chọn chỗ ở xa trung tâm nên không có vấn đề với việc đi lại, vì đường đi ở Cát Bà cũng đẹp :)

The property has potential but the pool was empty of water. The ‘gym’ is unusable due to poor and broken equipment. The room was not cleaned or replenished of tea/coffee/water until we asked.
