The Menesse building has great facilities located across the street from 2 Major department stores , Jorge's studio is exceptional as it's decorated with good taste and attention to small detail , it comes fully loaded with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the owner is such a nice gentleman , very highly recommended!

Für uns das perfekte Apartment in Tulum. Genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Groß, hell, sauber, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein zweiter Stuhl auf dem Balkon hat uns gefehlt.
Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer.
Der Pool auf dem Dach ist fantastisch.
Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, sehr ruhig, aber zwei riesige Supermärkte in direkter Nähe, ebenso die Colectivo -Station für den Strand, ansonsten alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Umschlagbares Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Bien situé près du supermarché Chedraui, et près de l’avenue principale allant vers la plage. Balcon intérieur du 3e étage avec vue sur piscine. Belle piscine aussi sur le toit. Ascenseurs! Sécuritaire avec code pour les portes.

La propiedad está impecable, el edificio cuenta con dos piletas (una en la terraza y otra en planta baja) por la tarde cuenta con un servicio en la pileta de la terraza. Dentro del departamento la ropa de cama era de buena calidad, la ducha y el baño en excelentes condiciones y cuenta con lavarropas, este último punto para mi le agrega mucho valor al apartamento. La ubicación es un poquito alejada del centro, pero de vacaciones y caminando se llega en 10 minutos. En frente tiene un súper Chedraui y en la esquina pasa la combi que te lleva para todos lados.
Todo estaba excelente en la propiedad.
