Excellent hotel! Exactly as described. The rooftop pool is incredible.
The only major knock that we would have would be the sheer amount of people. The hotel is incredible, but there are so many hundreds of people at the rooftop pool, at the beach going up and soaking the slow elevators, it put some brakes on our enjoyment of this fascinating place.
Nothing specific that the hotel can do about it, but figured it would be worth mentioning. This is us traveling off-season in July.

Newish fancy super high hotel. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable indeed and the view was amazing. Breakfast was ok for the small part we had. Theres a little mart right at the bottom and down the street there’s more.
We were recovering from food poisoning we got from Hanoi so all our excursions were cancelled cause we basically couldn’t leave the room. Super disappointing but that’s the chance you take in the nam.
The elevators are SUPER slow and when you do actually get in or out , half of China tries to stampede in before you even move. A vacuum truck was parked out the front both the days we were there pumping an ungodly vile stench cloud everywhere . Not fun. No one there speaks English so after check in you are on your own help wise.
Note. Not a positive or negative but this hotel caters for basically 100% Chinese people and it is PACKED .There are no westerners.
Breakfast time was an absolute screaming match zoo so wait till at least 9:30 before going there if you value your ears and your sanity. Was glad to leave to be honest.

It's actually a mix building Condo and hotel. The one managed by TASECO provides the full hotel services, that includes access to the 2 marvelous swimming pool (outdoor and indoor) and 3 jaccuzzi. Breakfast was generous and lot of choices, but mostly asian specialities. The 2 bedrooms executive suite is quite impressive, the view is fabulous. We were with grand parents and 2 kids and it was perfect.
Breakfasts were same during the 3 days of stay so pretty boring at the last day and I observed that most of occidental people doesn't even know how to eat each asian speciality as some are provided with separate ingredients and guests have to pick up the correct match. It would be nicer with a small instructions for each. Location is a new area and a bit far from the center, so not a lot of dining options around.

Clean room
They removed all the sun beds for an ‘event’. Staff members then asked for us to pay hourly to use them as hotel guests! When we told reception they couldn’t believe we’d been asked to pay but also didn’t fix the issue.
The service in the on site restaurant is poor, staff are running around or on their phones.
There is construction everywhere around the hotel, people in Vietnam work early until late for example 5am-10pm. It’s very noisy from the rooms constantly!
We have also stayed in the residence and preferred the rooms and was further away from this particular construction site.
There is also no sound proofing between the corridors and the hotel room so, people were very loud down the corridor. This included housekeeping chatting or neighbours.
