Un sitio de 10. Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento, nos hemos sentido como en casa. La ubicación es muy buena, en una calle con todo tipo de servicios y con una parada de tranvía muy cerca, lo que resulta muy cómodo para moverse por Toulouse.
Lo que más nos ha gustado han sido las vistas al río y a la ciudad. Desayunar viendo amanecer desde el apartamento no tiene precio, es una auténtica maravilla.
El apartamento está muy limpio, es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cocina es nueva y está muy bien equipada: cafetera, hervidor, tostadora, horno.... Además, se agradecen mucho todos los detalles y comodidades, como toallas, secador, plancha de ropa...
También destacar la atención de los propietarios, que han estado pendientes y han sido muy atentos para que todo estuviera bien y no nos faltara de nada.
En definitiva, una estancia fantástica. Un apartamento totalmente recomendable, al que volveríamos sin duda.

L’établissement est bien placé. Il est juste à côté d’un arrêt de tramway donc pour notre séjour c’était parfait !
Comme nous sommes venus pour le rose festival, la nuit a 2h30 il n’y a plus de tramway donc la location de vélo de ville est très bien. D’autant plus qu’il y a un dépôt vélo juste en bas de l’appartement.
Les équipements étaient présent et fonctionnel.
La propreté est le seul point négatif.
Ce n’était pas sale mais c’était plus du nettoyage de surface. Il était indispensable de passer derrière pour tout re nettoyer. (Les verres collaient, le four n’était pas nettoyé..)
Un soir il y a eu du vent, on l’a pas mal senti dans l’appartement je pense qu’il a une ouverture au niveau des fenêtres.
Mise à part ça, c’était convenable pour notre utilisation.

I liked the area that it was located in although still out further and not in the city centre it was accessible easily.
I didn’t like that the hosts didn’t communicate the changing of keys after a day of staying there. We were left outside not understanding what had happened and why we couldn’t enter the building once we contacted the intercom number and got through to the building agent then they let us know that the keys changed that day and the host never communicated this with us…
I also was quite upset with the level of compassion that the host gave when I voiced a concern to him and booking.com about a bed bug issue. I woke up after the first night covered in bed bug bites since I have had this issue before I knew for sure it was not anything else. The host didn’t believe us and was firm that it was “mosquitoes season” but in fact we hadn’t had the windows opened once since we checked in. He seemed quite angry and he made us feel we were wrong and lying but the thing about bed bugs is you cannot really prove them through evidence only through experience.
I also do believe they should do more cleaning as the walls bathroom were rusty and dirty. I do believe this Airbnb has so much potential and hope that people can have a better stay then we did.
