Loved the stay, wish there was more privacy.

Really loved the apartment vibe and location. So convenient and loved how much space the place provided. Loved the balcony. The kitchen also was fully stocked for cooking etc.

Staying with a friend, I wish we had known how little privacy the place provided in regards to noise. It's more privacy than getting two beds in a hotel, but less privacy than two separate bedrooms. The wifi was also super spotty if that's a thing.

Not safe.

Inside the apartment was comfortable and clean.

Outside is not a safe street. We heard screams and shots during the night. We had trouble getting in and out due to the outdated locks and this made us vulnerable standing on the street every time. It’s dark and located very close to one of the communities, which in Rio means crime and traffic. Not recommended to females on their own, which unfortunately was our case. We had pre booked this place for another upcoming trip and the management refused to reallocate us, even though it’s two weeks away. They were not helpful, even when we explained that it was for young girls that don’t speak Portuguese.

Never again!!

Very good location, overall good apartment, but....

There is a huge construction right underneath the unit, as long as this will last you can´t be inside the apartment during daytime because of intense noise, vibrations and unbearable fecal smell. The agency who runs the place deflected in every message they sent back to our complains - basically saying its not there responsibility and thats why they do not wanna do anything, not even an apology till days later after we involved booking.com. One of the worst customer experiences we had so far. They ignored every health issue and basically just didn´t wanna pay anything - just collecting money. We had to rent work spaces outside the unit because wfh was not possible. Also basically had no place to got to during the day. Unprecedented up to this day in all my travels... We got partially reimbursed by booking.com which was very nice of them. They couldn´t obviously reach an agreement for a compensation with the agency running the place. DON´T BOOK THIS PLACE - if you run into any issues, you will be in trouble with this unprofessional company and on your own!

It is a great and beautiful place in a perfect location!

The location of the apartment is perfect!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had to book a cleaning service separately based on our own request, with extra costs. I think it would have been nice if this was agreed upon up front. But it was quite easily arranged anyway.
