We just wanted to let you know that this is our first summer owning the house, and while we're working hard to improve the front and back yards, they may not be in the best shape right now. If having a pristine yard is a top priority for your stay, we totally understand if our place isn't the perfect fit. We're under a lawn care program, but we're expecting the best results to come next spring. If you're absolutely determined to be on some grass though, there is a sizable park a short walk away! Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you'll find plenty of other delightful things to enjoy during your stay with us!

It is really hard to rate this property because in many aspects I would rate it a 5. I think the only reason it isn’t higher than what I rated it is the pictures and price were misleading. The house is very clean, the owners were very responsive, but it is not a luxury home and the other homes at that price point are. They have done a nice job making the most out of the house they have, it is more the location, etc. I do want to stress that it was very clean, they were great, the listing was not dishonest in any way. It is more what you get at the price point. Thx
