Very helpful, friendly staff always available. Very close to the marina and views of Ha Long Bay. Room met all expectations, great AC, spacious, comfy beds, nice sitting area, large bathroom, cute little balcony, water boiler.
My only negative is the electricity is set on motion sensor timers and when I was working from my laptop the power kept cutting out on me until I relocated to sit in front of the sensor but that was easily resolved. Otherwise, this place was perfection!
