I spent 3 weeks at 3 different properties during my time in Rio and in my opinion, this property is in the best location in Rio, and is in an extremely safe part of the city. I had issues or concerns walking around the area at anytime, even late at night.
It is just across the lake from the Christ the Redeemer Monument and only a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you may want.
The Sugarloaf Cable Car (Bondinho do Pão de Açúcar) is also close by as well as a wonderful beach and hiking trails.
The studio apartment I stayed in while not fancy, was clean, comfortable with a nice musical theme and all the basics for a nice stay.
The owner, Eduardo was an excellent host. He met me when I arrived and gave me a tour of the entry gate, the entrance to the patio of the apartment as well as the studio and made sure i knew how to connect to the wifi, operate the locks, and message him on WhatsApp.
He also gave me several excellent suggestions of things to do and see as well as a few great restaurants. I had a wonderful experience at each of the suggested places he recommended and even more enjoyment in the neighborhood and enjoying the view on the seawall just across the street from the studio.
Nothing to note.
I would love to stay there again and hope to visit again someday soon.

A localização é maravilhosa, um lugar delicioso de estar, com uma vista super linda e agradável.
Nada a reclamar, tudo era simples, agradável, de fácil acesso. Só acho que o anfitrião poderia providenciar uma sanduicheira, para se poder fazer um café da manhã na hospedagem, e um secador de cabelo. Mas é só uma sugestão construtiva mesmo.
