We like the place in its surroundings: a newly stylish family home (since it's a homestay:} within the citadel area. Local businesses and people's houses make this rather quiet area compared to the backpackers quarters. Nonetheless you have a choice of coffee places and restaurants during the day while hearing crows singing in the morning. Delightful! Of course, you walk to the Emperors' palace.
However, this area is set for an upscale...At the moment, it is still vibrant with authentic Vietnamese life. To be enjoyed!

Lovely family and home to stay. Close to everything to experience Hue
Nothing bad, a little noisy but on check out could see this was due to other guests not homestay

We loved our stay here! The homestay is spotless and has such a nice aesthetic. The rooms are very spacious, and the team is so welcoming and ready to help with anything. Best of all is the location, being right by the Citadel in such a vibrant neighborhood with everything (markets, cafes, food) at your doorstep was fantastic!
At bathroom there is no separate bathtub and mattress was a bit hard.

Clean; nice helpful staff; pleasant environment.
The stairs to the rooms were steep for my personal walking issues and I believe due to the location of the house no lifts allowed to be built. The shower badly positioned- sprayed water over sink unit, toilet, etc hard to contain water in one area. Floor of bathroom a bit slippery when wet.
