An alternative to the highly touristed areas of Porto, a tranquil, comfortable resting place.

After a booking we had made in advance failed, we were left scrambling to find another place and very little was available at the last minute. My wife booked this place and initially we were disappointed to find that it was right outside of the main centre. However, strangely, the place, being one unit in a complex of single story dwellings, surrounded a large pen which contained two sheep and a goat, who rather saved the day in turning an urban excursion into a pastoral time of interacting with these friendly farm animals! Transportation to the historic centre was only a 20 minute bus ride, and though there weren't many amenities where we were staying there was a lovely path system along a creek and the locals were very friendly. The place itself had two bedrooms and two ensuites, with a decent kitchen.

Would have preferred something more central but that was our fault.But not having wifi working was a big problem. Could

New and clean and great facilities.

Wifi didnt work. TV didnt work. Long walk to public transport. Bed Linen was tired
