Very good middle line hotel. Nice room. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Didn't try restaurant. I like staying in Arnavutköy. It's 10 minutes from the airport and 30ish minutes from old city historic area. Easily walk able very pleasant small city/big town with lots of places to eat and shop. Heaven is a 10 minute walk from the main town.
Close the the airport on the landing pattern. Some jet noise. I didn't find it bothersome.

I had a wonderful stay during my short layover near IST! The location was super practical, and the paid transfer service made getting to and from the airport seamless. There are tons of lovely local restaurants nearby, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. I’ll certainly be staying here again!

The staff were nice. The building was pretty new, they provided water. The driver who took us from the hotel to the airport took a good, easy route to the airport and he was pleasant and spoke English
Needs better maintenance. For instance, our grandson’s room had flashing lights that wouldn’t stop. Whatever they did to finally make them stop caused the air conditioner to stop working. So at 2 am they had to come fix it so he could sleep. Our room was fine but the toilet seat was loose, and some of the fixtures in the shower and sink were broken. The ride from the airport to the hotel was on winding, bumpy back roads that were uncomfortable and took longer than expected.
