With high-end architecture, this one-of-a-kind treehouse on stilts with multiple trees intersecting the deck makes it feel as if you've escaped into a luxurious treehouse on the water!

BUNKHOUSE: Moving through the covered breezeway to access the bunkhouse (with full shower bath) and game-room, it will delight all ages. * The Bunkhouse is best for kids, teens, or agile adults for the top bunks (must be 6 yrs and older for top bunks). It has a bit more of a "rustic" feel. 9 twin beds and open style closet w/ attached full bathroom. The bathroom is conveniently created with separate shower, toilet, and 2 separate sinks for easiest access between multiple guests. Has a wall-AC/Heat unit and additional fans for added comfort


GAMEROOM:
The game-room contains: ping-pong table, foosball, 65-inch TV, bean-bag toss, and bar stool seating. Also is air-conditioned with a wall unit for added comfort.

There is no garage parking (this has been converted into the air-conditioned game room). BUT PLENTY of free parking on site - enough for at least 15 cars plus a few boat trailers as needed.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
With 2 full kitchens (1 is in the connected studio) - eating-ware for 17 - you have everything you need for multiple families. There's a propane BBQ/Grill on the deck next to the kitchen area (we provide the propane) and firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake view.

Enjoy the extra space between neighbors making it feel mostly secluded and like your own retreat, but still only minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Main house has central AC/Heat; bunkhouse and Game-room has wall AC/heat units with additional box fans for added comfort.

*PYNAMITE MOSQUITO CONTROL SYSTEM around the perimeter of the home to keep the bugs down! (with remote to turn on/off as you please)

4 kayaks, and 2 paddleboards included in recreation shed with life jackets (3 adults, 2 youth and 1 child) and fishing poles with tackle for those that want to be active. There's also a hammock and chair swing!

Extra sheets and blankets provided for the sofa bed (high-chair + pack'n'play available in laundryroom).

Wood burning stove available (only from Nov to February). We do not provide the firewood but is available at Walmart a few minutes away.

We've hosted for family getaways, small retreats (up to 20), private weddings (up to 50 people for the event), rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, funerals, and more! Reach out about what the additional requirements may be and fees added.

- Please NO smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

-NO pets are allowed (due to allergies between guests and owner policy) and we do double check our outdoor cameras to confirm this rule is being followed.

- Must have an adult 25 years old or older at the property at all times during the booking.

Keyless entry with code sent out the day of the reservation.

You may use the entire space and private dock to Lake Lorraine including recreation items.

*Note: there is another lake next to this property (Pine Lake) but you are not allowed to fish or take the boats/paddleboards onto this lake. There's also a community pool next to that lake, but this is NOT to be used as it is NOT a part of the booking. Thank you!

- Please NO smoking/vaping inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside however guests must dispose their stubs in the trash.
-NO pets or animals of any kind are allowed at this property due to allergies with the owner and between guests.
