Everything. The rooms were spotless, big and very confortable, the pool was so chill and clear and staff were really nice. The guy Lukas that makes breakfast cooks really well, breakfast is super good. The guys at reception treated me very well like home and tried to tell me advice about the town. It is definitely a nice experience and I would recommend staying here if you visit Tulum

The hotel has a good design and is well located for Tulum centre. Helpful staff
Overall the hotel was scruffy, and some design elements didnt really work. Breakfast was poor, even if served with a smile.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the staff really felt more like family not just a staff friendly talkative. I really enjoyed the vibe in the energy of everybody working there.
I only have one complaint and it’s minor upstairs. The Internet is not as good and it forced me to be out of my room which I should not stay 95% of the time in my room, but I am a hobbit lol so I was downstairs quite a bit and I don’t regret it because like I said, I enjoyed talking with the staff and then also I enjoyed talking with the other guest. I met people from Germany and Argentina and Mexico City and it was just a vibe of chill definitely middle-age people which I totally enjoy because I’m middle aged myself lol I’m 52 but it wasn’t that young hostel vibe so again I really enjoyed it.

Great location. Friendly manager.
Tried to charge us for towels to use the pool. Says breakfast included but u only get one option to pick out of 3. Room not the cleanest.
