My wife and I spent a few days in this peaceful guesthouse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was big and had good facilities. If we come back to Kampot one day, we wouldn't mind to book it again.
In the beginning we had some problems with cockroaches in our room. But after fumigating the room twice, the problem was completely resolved. The guesthouse staff apologized for the mishap and took note of it.

great bed and room,fridge.beer available,coffee shop nxt door,flat,walk to town in 15 minutes,nice garden bar area.

it is good located.
they can help you with arranging tours and transfers.
room was big
bed was not totally fresh, there were hair and some spots on the sheets.
shower pressure is almost unexisting. first there was just cold water and in next second it came boiling hot water and again cold…took me 20 minutes to finish with the shower.
they have many rules.
accomodation house could be a bit more organized
