A very stylish boutique hotel in a great central location.
Of our three rooms, two had extremely firm beds (even with toppers), while the other was very comfortable. If this is an issue, it might be an idea to specify a room with a softer bed.

Location was good! Staff were friendly!
The bed was very hard, and I found the room quite warm even with the air conditioning set to 17°C, so I had to ask for a fan. It was also quite noisy. There was construction work taking place next door from around 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each day. While I appreciate this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it was extremely loud and often sounded as though it was happening inside my room. The soundproofing also wasn’t great, as I could hear doors opening and closing, along with footsteps from the corridors and neighbouring rooms.
