Overall, we had a good experience. The host/staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our trip, and the location in Porto is very convenient for getting around.
Good option if you don't mind a shared guest house setup, but clearer details in the listing would help set expectations.
The listing wasn't entirely clear about the setup: a 4-room apartment with shared facilities (bathroom, kitchen and living room). The lack of the AC in the room was not expected, since the room is oriented towards a noisy street, so leaving the windows open was not an option either.

Шумно на улице , плохая звукоизоляция. Внутри апартаментов старые двери и замки , много шума при передвижении соседей в помещении
