In the city of Oullins (Metropolis of Lyon), this beautiful house is located in a quiet residential area, close to public transport (easily and quickly accessed from center of Lyon). Warm welcome assured from Fabienne and her husband. The house includes 2 furnished City Break accommodations for 4 people on top floor, with separate access (outdoor staircase, indoor staircase, hallway with library area leading to the 2 apartments). The furnished accommodations can be rented separately or jointly for a welcome of 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Breakfasts can be provided on request in shared living room with wood-burning stove (extra charge of 9€/person). Furnished apartment N°2 City Break 'Albizia' : small kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds or double bed as required, dining area) (1 bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm single beds or double bed as required, lounge area, desk). Shower room including Wc. Cool/warm system in each room. Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied free. Final cleaning included in rent. Outdoors : shady paved terrace (shared with the other accommodation) with outdoor furniture. Owners' garden (enclosed, with trees and flowers) open to guests. Shared equipments available : bowls court, trampoline, toboggan, table tennis, swings, electric plancha, charcoal barbecue, deck chairs. From early April to late October, free access to swimming spa (2m x 4m) and 4-seaters jacuzzi between 9 am and 9 pm (2 consecutive hours maximum, ask owners ahead for use, internal health and safety rules are to be respected for the comfort of all users). Free parking on the street. Aquarium of Lyon 2.6 km, Musée des Confluences 3 km.
