This apartment is located very close to the beautiful Grand Rond and the surrounding interconnecting green spaces, in addition to the excellent food and drink options dotting around Rue Pierre-Paul Riquet. Furthermore, it is found on the second floor within a lovely complex of old buildings, with the central courtyard area appearing especially charming on sunny days.
On arrival, Hamida welcomed us in a very friendly manner, and was particularly helpful in explaining how to enter/depart from the property (and also assisting with the air conditioning and providing general guidance). What’s more, upon entering this spacious apartment, it was apparent that it still retains much of its prior personality, with lovely exposed timber trusses, a quarry tiled floor in the small kitchen, and overpainted original windows with working wooden shutters. It also has a very generous living/dining area with interesting décor, two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and ample storage space, and very nice views of the neighbouring building from its windows. Given its on the top floor at the back of the building complex, it was also very quiet during the evenings, with very little noise noticed by ourselves. The online guide provided by Cocoonr was also especially clear and easy to use, with lots of important details provided prior to our arrival.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment, and would very happily return during our next trip to Toulouse.
The bath/shower was relatively old and compact, with the latter being a bit of a challenge for someone who is rather tall (although still perfectly usable). Otherwise, the dishwasher was broken during our stay, although Hamida swiftly noticed this during our initial welcome.

Cómodo pero para dormir si hace falta lógicamente se queda pequeño para tal fin.
