We absolutely fell in love with Toulouse! Amazing city. Apartment wonderful with a few finishing touches.

The location was spot on. Walkable to the Capitole, restaurants, cafes, shops, the Basillica and river. The building itself is stunning, built with the terracotta bricks. The decor of inside the apartment was top class. Beautiful chandelier, nice decorative touches. Kitchen well appointed too. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and well looked after. Peaceful inspite of being close to everything in the city.

Very detailed but quite complicated instructions to get into the apartment. Mentioned looking for a blue ribbon but it was sellotape that had dropped down and we could only see the white side. It took a lot of patience to work it out! Felt like a job for Inspector Clouseau! A very important point to note is that there are two staircases to each bedroom. The one to the basement bedroom is particularly tight and hazardous. Not suitable at all for the frail. Both bedrooms are en-suite but neither had a toilet. The only toilet was just off the living area! No sink in there which was very strange. We needed to go to the kitchen sink to wash our hands. There is room for a sink so I’d highly recommend this was sorted. For this reason I would say it wouldn’t be suitable for 2 couples to share the apt. Also wondered why the bathrooms did not have toilets. They are beautifully appointed but it was a huge miss especially having to navigate the stairs if you needed to get up during the night to visit the loo! Also no towels in the basement bathroom. We had to share mine. No shower gel in the shower, nice shampoo but sanitiser in the shower instead of gel! No milk pods with the coffee pods. Would be a nice touch. Also from the living room windows just a view into the interior courtyard. Looks like it’s work In progress but would be nice if it was freshened up and had some plants if possible. All these extra touches would make this place an absolute 5 star.

Overall fine. high scores for cleanliness and low scores for ac comfort.

Aurelle at check in was amazing. Clear, helpful, supportive.

The AC wasn’t really appropriate for the unit. It’s clearly a historic property but the value was lost when we couldn’t get comfortable rest given the inability of the portable unit to keep the space cool. They should have a bigger unit or multiple ones.

Très bien situé dans le centre ville. Très calme.

Une petite remarque: nous aurions bien aimé avoir du thé noir pour le petit déjeuner et pas seulement des infusions. Le frigo était réglé de sorte qu’il était presque tiède .

Para ir a una de las habitaciones tienes que bajar por una escalera de caracol estrechísima. Descubrimos que tenía una puerta de acceso más cómoda y la perdona que nos dio las llaves no nos lo dijo. Estivo con nosotros 5 minutos y no nos explicó nada
