Very clean room
Staff friendly and helpful but need to enhance their english language level
Private pool was clean and wide with 140cm depth
Suite was large and the facilities are renovated supported by small kitchen
Breakfast has a lot of varieties and is so tasty
They don't have heating system for their Private pools so you have to wait until the sun to warm the pool naturally which could take a-lot of time also it will not make you able to use the pool in the night as it will be so cold.
The private pool doesn't provide 100% privacy as anyone passing by the room can see you easily so in case you need 100% privacy you have to take care from this point.
Rooms are a little bit far from the reception but they have golf car to facilitate the movements.
Also it takes a-lot of time to wait a taxi/bus to arrive to take you from the hotel to the center.

Geen restaurant maar enkel roomservice beschikbaar waar helaas niet veel keus is.

Très bien emplacement top, bel hôtel plage accessible dans hôtel partenaire avec accès aux transat, je recommande vivement.
Au petit déjeuner manque d’espace pas assez de table disponible (personne seule sur une table de 4 ), 1 seule machine à café pour 50 clients ce point est à amélioré.
Je proposerais aussi d’installer un portail ou brise vue sur les chambre piscine en RDC pour améliorer l’intimité.

В общем визуально было очень симпатично
Ходит трансфер на пляж и обратно каждый час
Пляж в виде пирса, чисто и красиво, есть все удобства, кафе, вкусная еда, приятный персонал
До пляжа спускаться по огромной лестнице с горы, с детьми будет очень тяжело, не советуем
Мы были одни, даже так было немного тяжело, особенно когда припекало
Ни разу не убрали комнату за 7 дней, не обновили зубные щетки, не пылесосили, не меняли стаканы на чистые (пришлось мыть их самим)
Это при условии, что изначально мы оставляли чай за уборку, потом как стаканы не меняли перестали это делать
могли вынести грязные тарелки после заказа ужина в номер и поставить их на газоне под номером, далее тарелки стояли больше суток
