You can tell that this building is "lipstick on a pig". The eye to detail in the rooms was not good. We had a suite that had an outlet so that there could be 2 TV's. It only had 1 and you had to be on the bed to watch it as it did not move. The couch area was useless for watching TV. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible and if you stop moving it goes off in 2 minutes. That includes being on the toilet. The Ice machine leaked and the staff's idea of "fixing it" was to mop up the water when it was pointed out to them that there was a slipping hazard. We were there for a week and every afternoon we had to get a new key for our room. The staff didn't seem to think that calling maintenance to look at it was needed. They have a room for parties which is good business but by 11:00 when we as the guests have to go in and tell them that it is time to turn the music down/off was a bit annoying. The front desk staff didn't really seem to care. The hotel claims to have a "restaurant", but don't be fooled as most of their food is brought in and warmed up in a microwave. I think Ramada can do much better. The only reason we stayed at the hotel and would probably go back is due to the location in Little Elm to my daughter's house.

Best sleep in months. Very clean. Very friendly host at check in. No complimentary breakfast but plenty of places to eat in area.

Brand new hotel. Modern and clean. New community with new businesses in walking distance. Near beautiful apartments and swim recreation center as well. Felt safe and secure here. Will definitely revisit.

Everything was fine with the room. Only issue we arrived a little after midnight. The hotel was hard to find, no signage on road, no lit signage on hotel, and hotel 1/2 block off road behind another building, but we got there. When I got to the front desk it took me 15 minutes to find someone to check us in

Had an amazing stay. We stayed for 2 weeks while we waited for our RV was being repaired. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel were great! John Front desk was amazing. He took very good care of us especially because we had to get our Room Keys redone every night we were there. It got to be funny! He is a good asset to your Company.

The stay was nice, hotel is new so they are still working out little kinks. Several things to do and eat right next to the hotel. Great family spot.

Interesting concept with lobby on 4th floor. Nice place. Nice location. Desk clerk could have shared more information. No direction to room. No info about restaurant or breakfast or things to do close by.
